Summary
We’re hiring a Sales Intern in Eureka, SD! This hands-on internship offers the chance to work closely with our sales team, engaging with clients and stakeholders to develop effective marketing and sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Learn and assist with sales activities: engage with clients and call on new accounts.
- Learn and observe working with clients, updating them on market trends, current quotes, programs, and forming marketing plans.
- The opportunity to specialize in agronomy, grain, engery and animal nutrition are all available.
- Assist with reporting and documentation of sales contracts quickly & accurately.
- Support sales team with billing and settlements as needed.
- Collaborate with operational and administrative staff to enhance information flow.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program
Additional Qualifications
- Agriculture/crop/grain experience or background knowledge very helpful.
- Previous internship experience helpful, but not required.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
