Summary
Responsibilities

Receive all incoming freight, tag and input into SAP inventory database
-
Monitor all inventories of parts and daily maintenance supplies; reorder as needed

Daily use of SAP — to include but not limited to the following:
- Enter purchase requisitions
- Inventory receipts
- Issue part inventory
- Assist plant personnel with SAP questions

Assist employees with insurance/benefit questions and paperworkPerform backup to the scale technician as needed and help at harvest as needed

Backup during Inventory Manager absence

Ensure that federal and state regulations pertaining to products are observed and adhered to

General administrative dutiesPerform other duties as needed or assigned
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory Analysis
- High School diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
- Work extended hours to meet business demands

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Complete safety training programComplete forklift training

Working knowledge of SAP with the ability to become a power user

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
