CHS is seeking an Enterprise Content Analytics & Solutions Intern that will support the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team in maximizing the value of the OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) platform. This role offers hands-on experience working with enterprise content management, analytics, business process automation, reporting, and document management solutions used across multiple business functions.
The intern will collaborate with platform engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to develop analytics, improve user adoption, and support the design and implementation of innovative content management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that measure platform usage, adoption, and business value.
- Analyze user activity, login trends, document usage patterns, and solution utilization across the OpenText xECM platform.
- Create metrics and reporting that provide insight into user engagement, operational effectiveness, and content lifecycle management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop custom analytics solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve user adoption, streamline business processes, and increase platform value.
- Assist in the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of document management and workflow solutions.
- Support platform operational activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate technical and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and solution reviews.
- Document processes, procedures, and solution designs for knowledge sharing and future support.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Understanding of software development concepts and enterprise applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Interest in content management, business process automation, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to document management systems, workflow platforms, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, or systems integration concepts.
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
