Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled print production specialist with 1+ years of experience in print production services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various software solutions, capable of operating print production machinery safely, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, working onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm or 9:30-6pm.
Responsibilities

⦁ Software Solutions: Proficient in using a variety of software solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Fiery. Ability to learn and adapt to new software as needed.
⦁ Machine Operation: Safely operate a variety of print production, print finishing, data printing, and mail machines. Ensure all equipment is maintained and used according to safety standards.
⦁ Production and Mail Services Operations: Under supervision, complete tasks that support various print production and mailroom operations. Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
⦁ Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure smooth processes and procedures. Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with leaders and peers to resolve them promptly and meet or exceed customer expectations.
⦁ Safety Compliance: Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and take corrective actions or seek assistance to address unsafe conditions.
⦁ Project Management: Manage multiple advanced job priorities from customers, ensuring all expectations for quality and deadlines are met. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

⦁ Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation of print projects is completed in a timely manner and update process documentation as processes change/evolve
⦁ Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed or assigned to support the overall success of the print production team.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
⦁ Additional education and/or training in print services is preferred
⦁ Independent Work Ethic: Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to accomplish objectives independently.
⦁ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with team members and customers.
⦁ Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency, meeting all deadlines.
⦁ Collaboration and Adaptability: Thrives in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and adapts well to change.
⦁ Attention to Detail: Consistently demonstrates attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, time management, and customer service skills.
⦁ Experience: 1+ years of experience in Office Services, including operating digital production printers and a variety of equipment used for print project finishing.
⦁ Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Office Services, including operating digital production printers and a variety of equipment used for print project finishing.
- Education: Technical coursework, certification, degree or diploma in a related field
