Summary
Responsibilities
Lead Market Understanding and Segmentation
- Conduct market research, define customer profiles and behavioral personas, and perform segmentation and sector analysis.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics.
- Align findings with product line strategies to identify offer gaps and growth opportunities.
Support and Execute Go-To-Market Initiatives
- Collaborate on formulation and implementation of GTM and launch plans.
- Align cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and manage timelines.
- Stimulate pipeline development to support growth targets.
Propose Correct Product Positioning and Content Development
- Deliver differentiated positioning and guide messaging.
- Ensure consistency across channels.
- Enhance and support brand storytelling, thought leadership, and sales enablement through tools and training.
Manage Budget and Vendor Relationships
- Adhere to assigned retail and product marketing budgets and vendor partnerships.
- Track performance metrics and deliver executive-level reporting.
Drive Adoption, Retention, and Advocacy
- Partner with sales, customer success, and demand generation teams as a subject matter expert.
- Execute customer marketing programs that increase adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience in Communications and/or Marketing
Additional Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Significant prior experience in corporate marketing communications, public relations, advertising, or media; experience in energy, agriculture, or industrial sectors preferred.
Technical Expertise: Specialized knowledge in product marketing research, analysis, segmentation, competitive landscape, and ROI measurement; proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), analytics platforms, and MS Office.
Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to convey complex concepts and build consensus.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple initiatives.
- Proven capability to lead projects, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Adaptable and innovative; embraces experimentation and continuous improvement.
Leadership: Influential leadership with capacity to mentor and guide others; ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
Additional: Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory considerations, and cooperative business models.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
