Summary
CHS Northwest is seeking a Senior Inventory Coordinator at our main office in Lynden, WA. The Senior Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in supporting inventory operations across retail and warehouse environments. This position is responsible for researching and resolving inventory-related issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with merchandising and store operations. Strong mathematical and counting skills are essential, as the role involves frequent data entry and inventory counts. The coordinator will also work closely with the retail team to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
In addition to managing inventory records, the Senior Inventory Coordinator will coordinate internal company transfers and schedule incoming and outgoing deliveries. The role requires proactive communication with retail teams, vendors, and customers to address inventory concerns and maintain smooth operations. Flexibility is important, as the coordinator may be called upon to assist in the central warehouse and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Research and help resolve Inventory related issues and ensure all record keeping is up to date.
- Assist with inventory merchandising, store operations and counting as needed.
- You must have strong mathematical and accurate counting skills.
- Perform data entry.
- Understand the business functions of the retail team and assist them in improving the efficiency and profitability of the locations.
- Follow through with the retail team, customers, and vendors as it relates to all inventory issues.
- Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures, and Safety Practices.
- Coordinate all internal company transfers.
- Schedule all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Assist in the central warehouse as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Retail, Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory Analysis
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to become certified to operate a forklift
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, squat, twist and bend repeatedly
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs and bins
- Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to wear all required PPE such as hard hat, hair net, safety glasses, face mask and safety boots
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
