Summary

Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of CHS trading business structures and processes, how they are executed on multiple IT ERP applications, infrastructure and align to CHS IT strategy and programs
  • Conduct onsite workshops to gather business requirements collaboratively, analyze & translate them into functional and technical specifications
  • Create & maintain Business Analyst documentation including gap analysis, market & feasibility studies, solution concept, test plans, test cases, user acceptance criteria & meeting minutes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity between Yonyou, JDE and any other system that the company may implement from time-to-time
  • Communicate clear, concise & comprehensive requirements to internal IT + external vendors
  • Conduct & coordinate functional testing by IT Quality Assurance and Business Users (UAT)
  • Initiate IT innovation & continuous improvement to meet dynamic business & IT requirements
  • Drive delivery of Business-IT requirements, changes, upgrades & projects using CHS methodology
  • Manage project resources effectively, including budget and equipment, to ensure project milestones are met
  • Provide hands-on technical support for ERP, local software, computer hardware & infrastructure
  • Raise tickets & follow-up with local vendors & USA support teams at night & until issue is resolved
  • Engage users proactively by providing timely updates on IT issues, changes & maintenance
  • Set up laptops, install and configure Windows operating system and local software
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in both Yonyou and JD Edwards ERP

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 2 years or more of implementation / enhancement experiences in Yonyou system.
  • 5 years or more of professional IT experience in the following areas.
  • IT Business Analyst in Tier-1 global agricultural commodity trading firms with deep knowledge of Trading (contract management), Trade Execution/Operations (shipping, logistics, inventory), Finance (accounting, billing, pricing, month-end closing), Risk (credit control) and Reports
  • Experience in ERP operations and ERP project implementation in a commodity trading firm. ERP examples include Yonyou NC ERP, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, SAP ERP and SAP S/4 Hana Central Finance
  • IT technical support in IT applications, infrastructure and end-user computing

Additional Qualifications

  • Diploma holder of a bachelor's degree.
  • Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field.
  • Participation in and leading the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Knowledge of systems programming and associated activities.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
  • Hands-on experience in the operation and analysis of data.
  • Proven ability to envision system needs from business user interactions.
  • Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and how technology solutions impact the organization.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
